Poland Pavilion (Guest of Honor), Taipei Bookfair 2023, Taiwan

The Poland Guest of Honor Pavilion was designed to showcase the richness of Polish literature, publishing, and illustration – creating a strong national cultural presence and a dynamic platform for Polish publishers, writers, and illustrators.

It was a privilege for Iconic Exhibtition Design to contribute to this fully built project, which required precise coordination across structural systems, diverse materials, LED wall integration, and continuous seminar programming within a compressed installation schedule. Despite complex on-site demands – including audiovisual setup, labor coordination, furniture adjustments, and stage reconfiguration – the pavilion was successfully delivered to meet both technical and aesthetic requirements.
